Cancellation Policy
14+ Days Before Check-In
Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Under 14 Days Before Check-In
Non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In
3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you are welcome to explore the property, play disc golf, or relax on the deck while we prepare your unit.
Check-Out
11:00 AM. Please leave your unit tidy and remove all personal belongings. Take out any trash and leave the door unlocked.
House Rules
- No Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and all other smoking devices. Fire safety in the forest is a top priority.
- No Pets We do not allow pets at High Camp. The property borders Plumas National Forest, and we want to protect local wildlife and ensure comfort for all guests.
- Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for other guests and the natural surroundings.
- Campfires Use only the communal fire pit. No ground fires. We will communicate any active burn bans or fire restrictions before your arrival.
- Maximum Occupancy Please do not exceed the listed guest count for your unit. Cabins sleep 4, the yurt sleeps 5, and the campsite accommodates 5.
Off-Grid Conservation
High Camp is 100% solar powered. We appreciate your help conserving energy so the property can continue to run smoothly for all guests.
- A/C & Heat Turn off air conditioning and heating when you leave your unit and at night when possible.
- Lights Turn off lights when not in use, especially when leaving your cabin, yurt, or the bathhouse.
- Water Our water system is shared across the property. Be mindful of water use, especially in the showers.
- Leave No Trace Pack out everything you bring in. Use the provided trash and recycling bins. Respect the land and wildlife around you.
